A pre-tied bow tie cut from genuine Liberty Tana Lawn in Strawberry Thief Forest Green — William Morris's 1883 design of thrushes pinching fruit from the kitchen garden at Kelmscott Manor.
On this near-black ground the foliage reads deep green and sage, the blooms in ivory and gold, the strawberries in bright red. Densely drawn and perfectly symmetrical, it holds its detail even at bow tie scale — which is what separates a Liberty print from a printed floral.
Adjustable neck strap with a hook-and-slide fastening, so it fits without measuring. Made for weddings, christenings, black tie with a bit of colour, and Christmas.
