Tiny white butterflies scattered across a soft cornflower blue ground, so small and so many that the tie reads as a gentle all-over texture until the light catches a wing. It is the lightest tie in our silk range, made for summer weddings, garden parties and any morning that calls for something easy and bright.
Cut in 18 momme silk, a noticeably heavier cloth than most ties on the high street. The extra weight gives the tie body: it knots cleanly, holds a dimple without coaxing and drapes rather than hangs. The surface carries a low lustre that shifts as you move.
Sky blue sits naturally with a white shirt and a light grey, stone or navy suit. It is a gentle choice for a groom or groomsman who wants colour without a loud print, and it photographs beautifully outdoors.
Available in two widths. Modern at 3 inches for a slimmer, contemporary line. Classic at 3.5 inches for a fuller knot and a more traditional proportion.
